Whether you are looking for a traditional cake such as Victoria Sandwich, Lemon drizzle or chocolate cake, something trendy like cake-pops, cake-balls or whoopie pies or you are looking for an Anniversary or Birthday cake, we have the recipes and determination to make your cake a special one. They will be lovingly hand-baked using the finest ingredients.

All of our cakes and treats are ideal as a present, good for weddings and any celebration you could think of. We deliver locally in Essex or offer national postal service (exceptions apply).

We’ve deliberately designed our range of cakes with wheat-free, gluten-free and dairy-free diets in mind.  I can’t eat wheat, gluten or dairy so developing and tasting the new recipes for me was heaven.  I’ve tried several brands of wheat-free, gluten-free and dairy-free cakes but they lacked texture and flavour.  So my mission was to develop tasty yummy cakes that everyone could eat, including those on special diets. And I succeeded!

For your convenience our range of cakes are freezable (except cake-pops or fancy birthday/wedding cakes).  All you have to do is order your cake, slice it up, place in a freezable bag and pop in the freezer. Just defrost at room temperature for a couple of hours and enjoy.
